The $188 million Powerball lottery winner, Marie Holmes, 26, who made headlines after winning her jackpot in February, has made it in the news again courtesy of her boyfriend's third arrest.

Thirty-one-year old Lamarr Andre McDow, whose street nickname is "Hot Sauce," has been previously arrested twice for drug possession charges. For those two previous instances, Holmes bailed him out - $6 million for the first arrest then $3 million for the second one, according to The Inquisitr. He is labeled as a career criminal since the charges laid out before him go back to 2000.

McDow has been arrested again, this time for firearm possession, but with a lower bond amount of $10,000. The Powerball winner has previously shelled out $9 million in bond fee, so it highly likely that she will do so again, according to Rolling Out.

North Carolina resident Holmes won $188 million in February this year at a Powerball draw. The jackpot was the biggest in the state's history. She gained popularity after stating that winning the lottery's jackpot made her "humble and grateful for the opportunities," according to WWAY TV.

Excluding paying for her boyfriend's bond fees, Holmes original goal was to donate some of the money to church and charity, help her mother, graduate from college and purchase a home for her and her four children, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

In order to decently provide for her children, Holmes previously worked at Wal-Mart, Food Lion, KFC, Subway and other places as well. One of her children has cerebral palsy.
